Job Description

Culligan Total Water is looking for a full time Delivery Driver for our Madison, WI location.

This is an excellent, full-time opportunity to become part of our Employee Owned Company. This is a first shift position with hours of 7:00 am 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include:

Delivery of water and salt to customers.
Practicing safe driving and following safety procedures.
Checking equipment for proper operation and reporting any problems.
Communicating with customers regarding their delivery.
Mapping the delivery, updating delivery instructions to ensure efficiencies.
Maintaining shop and inventory.
Loading, organizing and managing truck inventory.
Using a handheld computer to record transactions.
Preparing daily logs of activity.
Driving a large delivery vehicle.
Maintaining the cleanliness of your vehicle

Experience and Job Requirements:

Customer service experience required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience and ability to work independently without supervision.
Technical experience and mechanical aptitude a plus.
Delivery experience helpful with experience driving a large service vehicle preferred.
Knowledge of the geographic area helpful.
Ability to read a map.
High School Equivalency required.
Valid driver"s license and good driving record.
Physical requirements for this position are considered heavy with the ability to lift 80 pounds and to move 250 pounds assisted.
