As an Instructional Designer, you will play a central role in developing innovative cloud-based curriculum and technical training content with a focus on AWS. You will collaborate closely with a remote, distributed team to design interactive learning solutions using industry-standard tools like Storyline and Rise. This role requires both creativity and technical expertise to translate complex concepts into engaging, learner-focused content. Working across time zones, you’ll contribute to impactful learning programs that support technical skill-building and knowledge growth. Accountabilities:

• Design and develop AWS-focused technical curriculum, labs, and courseware.
• Create and update content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other authoring platforms.
• Work remotely within an East Coast US-based team while adapting to flexible hours across time zones.
• Integrate seamlessly into client teams, supporting collaborative project delivery.
• Apply instructional design principles to deliver outcome-focused learning solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in creating technical training materials and instructional content.
• Proven knowledge of AWS domains, with AWS certifications strongly preferred.
• Degree in instructional design, adult learning, education technology, or a related field.
• Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, or project management are desirable.
• Strong skills in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate.
• Experience with graphic design or image editing software is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with remote and globally dispersed teams.
