Looking for a Licensed Therapist for a Life Coach Position
Window of Clarity is seeking a Licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to support individuals facing DUI and Divorce-related legal and life challenges. This remote role offers flexible hours and minimal administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on what you do best, providing meaningful coaching support. If you’re looking to use your clinical skills to help people create transformative change while maintaining work-life balance, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate 30-minute individual coaching sessions via phone or Zoom
• Guide clients through the Window of Clarity personal development curriculum
• Provide personal growth, strengths-based coaching
• Create accurate and confidential coaching session reports
• Supportive, collaborative team environment
• Help clients stay accountable and engaged throughout a structured 4 or 8-week journey
• Work with people going through a challenging situation and help them transform in a positive way
Qualifications:
Required: • Active state license in good standing: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT • 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Comfortable delivering coaching sessions via phone and Zoom
• Able to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week as the program expands
• Strong skills in communication, empathy, and time management
• This is a US-based position. Candidates must reside in the US in order to be considered.
Preferred (Not Required): • Training or experience in motivational interviewing • Experience as a remote therapist , mental health counselor, or life coach
