Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will support the marketing department with planning, executing, and tracking campaigns, while assisting with internal communications, brand initiatives, and strategic outreach efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and eager to grow within a fast-paced marketing environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
Support coordination of promotional events, presentations, and outreach activities
Prepare marketing reports, analyze campaign data, and maintain project documentation
Collaborate with the design and copywriting teams to ensure brand consistency
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends for internal reporting
Maintain marketing inventory, track materials, and assist with vendor communications
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, document handling, and internal requests
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or assistant role preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution
