We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in implementing campaigns, coordinating projects, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and eager to grow within a dynamic agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Coordinate internal marketing efforts and support project timelines

  • Prepare marketing materials, reports, and presentations

  • Track campaign performance and assist with data collection and analysis

  • Maintain brand consistency across all client and internal documents

  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or coordination role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and willingness to learn quickly

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects
