With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that's built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence. **Summary:** The Community Health On Site Coordinator is responsible for health event management within community and corporate settings, including setup, breakdown, and transportation of materials. Engages with customers on health education, manages the on-site screening team, and ensures HIPAA-compliant documentation. Responsible for site safety, staff training, event management, and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders. Oversees event operations, customer service, inventory control, and staff performance, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations while keeping accurate operational event records. Conducts health screenings, identifying and educating on risk factors, and promoting lifestyle changes.
