Your Role:
Source, recruit, and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking
Call and interview prospective candidates
Conduct a preliminary assessment of the candidate's skills, abilities, experience, and willingness to make a career change.
Identifying the key decision makers at organizations and coordinate phone conversations and zoom conversations
Maintain accurate records of connections and scheduled appointments.
Continuous database management (adding companies, updating profiles, scrubbing data, etc.)
Share, track, and monitor search and marketing email campaigns
Qualifications and skills:
1+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
Desire to relentlessly prospect for new business – you love “the hunt”
A positive attitude, “people skills,” and a passion for engaging people in conversation
Experience using Outlook, LinkedIn, PCR, Excel Sheets/Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.
Comfortable communicating with senior, mid, and junior level executives
Highly organized with keen attention to detail
